By registering on LinkShop ("Platform"), accessible at earn.tazadeal.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when Terms were last changed.
LinkShop is an affiliate link management platform operated under TazaDeal (India). It allows content creators ("Creators") to:
Product links on this Platform are affiliate links. We earn a commission when purchases are made through these links, and Creators receive a portion of that commission as described in Section 5.
You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a password. Your username becomes part of your public shop URL (e.g., earn.tazadeal.in/shop/yourusername).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at er.ranaakshay@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the Platform.
When a visitor clicks your shared link and makes a purchase, our affiliate network (currently Cuelinks, which includes Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and 4,000+ programmes) records the sale and pays us a commission. We then share 40% of the net commission we receive with you as the Creator.
Commission rates vary by product category and are set by the affiliate network. Rates shown in your dashboard are indicative and may change. We update rates periodically but do not guarantee any specific rate.
Commissions are initially credited as Pending. They move to Confirmed only after the affiliate network confirms the order (typically after the return/refund window, which can be 30–90 days). Cancelled or returned orders will not be credited.
Your shop may include pre-loaded "Featured" products managed by LinkShop. These products cannot be removed from your shop. Their commission rates are set by us and may differ from products you add yourself.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Certain products on the Platform — submitted by verified sellers — carry a cashback offer. Cashback is funded entirely by the seller, not by LinkShop. The following rules apply to all cashback claims:
After Step 2 approval, cashback is held for 15 days to account for Amazon's return/refund window. If no return or chargeback is detected, the cashback amount is credited to your LinkShop wallet. You can then request a UPI payout once your wallet reaches ₹200.
Claims may be rejected for any of the following reasons — no appeal is available unless the rejection is due to a Platform error:
Products marked "FREE" offer 100% cashback — meaning you get back the full purchase price in your wallet after the hold period. These are real products sold at market price on Amazon/Flipkart. You pay first, then get cashback. We verify free deal claims more strictly to prevent fraud. Any attempt to claim a free deal without a genuine purchase will result in permanent account ban.
LinkShop and its logo, design, and content are owned by TazaDeal. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
Product names, images, and trademarks shown on the Platform belong to their respective owners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). We display them solely for affiliate linking purposes.
You retain ownership of any original content you create on the Platform (e.g., product descriptions you write). By publishing it, you grant LinkShop a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, LinkShop and TazaDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost commissions or lost profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at er.ranaakshay@gmail.com. Upon termination, any confirmed wallet balance above ₹200 will be paid out within 30 days. Pending (unconfirmed) commissions will be forfeited.
We may terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months after giving 30 days' notice by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. These Terms are also subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
