Summary (plain language)
We collect your name, email, and UPI ID to run your creator account and process payouts. We share minimal data with Cuelinks (affiliate tracking), Razorpay (payouts), and Telegram (notifications). We do not sell your data. You can request deletion at any time.
1. Who We Are
LinkShop (operated by TazaDeal, India) is a creator affiliate platform accessible at earn.tazadeal.in. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide when using the Platform.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account data: Name, email address, username, password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we never store your plain-text password)
- Payout data: UPI ID, bank details (collected only when you request a payout)
- Profile data: Bio, social media links (optional)
- Support communications: Emails you send us
Information collected automatically
- Click data: When someone clicks an affiliate link in your shop, we log a timestamp and a hashed IP address (we do not store full IP addresses beyond 24 hours)
- Session data: An authentication token stored in a secure, HttpOnly cookie when you log in
- Usage data: Pages visited on the Platform (no third-party analytics — we use our own lightweight logging)
Information from third parties
- Cuelinks: Conversion data (order value, commission amount, order status) when a purchase is made through your links
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your creator account
- To generate and display your personal shop page
- To track affiliate link clicks and attribute conversions to your account
- To calculate and credit commissions to your wallet
- To process UPI payouts via Razorpay
- To send you wallet credit and payout notifications via Telegram (only if you connect Telegram)
- To respond to support queries
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We share minimal data with the following trusted third-party services:
Cuelinks
We use Cuelinks (cuelinks.com) for affiliate link tracking. When you add a product to your shop, the product URL is converted through Cuelinks with a unique sub-affiliate ID linked to your account. Cuelinks receives click and conversion data. See Cuelinks Privacy Policy.
Amazon Associates India
Product links may include Amazon affiliate tags. Amazon tracks purchases made through these links. See Amazon Privacy Notice.
Razorpay
Payouts are processed via Razorpay. Your UPI ID and payout amount are shared with Razorpay when you request a payout. See Razorpay Privacy Policy.
Telegram
If you choose to receive Telegram notifications, your Telegram ID is used solely to send you wallet credit alerts. We do not share this with any other party.
Hostinger
The Platform is hosted on Hostinger servers located in the European Union. Hostinger processes server logs as part of hosting services. See Hostinger Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie:
- ls_token — A secure, HttpOnly session authentication cookie. Set when you log in. Expires after 30 days or when you log out. Essential for the Platform to function.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may disclose data only:
- To service providers listed in Section 4 (strictly for the purposes described)
- When required by Indian law, court order, or government authority
- To protect our rights or investigate fraud
- In connection with a business transfer (you will be notified if this occurs)
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Bcrypt hashing for passwords
- HttpOnly and Secure flags on session cookies
- Parameterised SQL queries to prevent injection attacks
- No storage of full payment card details (handled by Razorpay)
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to prompt notification if a breach affecting your data occurs.
8. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained for as long as your account is active
- Inactive accounts: Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be deleted after 30 days' notice
- Click logs: Retained for 24 months for fraud detection and reporting
- Payout records: Retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law
- Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days; anonymised transaction records retained for legal compliance
9. Your Rights
Under the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Update incorrect data via your dashboard or by emailing us
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — Object to specific uses of your data

10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when the policy was last changed.
